After weeks and weeks of searching for properties and countless times showing up to listings where the photos had been doctored, or plainly didn’t match what we saw when we visited them. We got tired of chancing viewings and wondering if this next viewing was going to be a waste of time.

Prop Model offers flexible 3D tours that allow renters to move anywhere within the property and view it in all it’s glory from every angle imaginable!
How is this different from Matterport?

Matterport is a great tool, but it relies on older 3D scanning technology that can look flat, glitchy at edges, and takes longer to process into a finished tour.
Prop Model uses Gaussian Splatting, a newer capture method that tours let you move freely and continuously through the property, at any angle, from any position, not just the points that were scanned. It feels closer to being there.
Practical differences:
Speed = next-day delivery, vs. the longer turnarounds typical of Matterport-based providers
Movement = free, continuous walkthrough vs. jumping between fixed scan points
Cost = cheaper than Matterport, pay per property, no subscription required
Adoption = this format is still rare in London lettings, so it's a genuine way to stand out on the portals right now
